RBM24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM24 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,816 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBA1, LARS1, and ATP8B2. Each is linked with RBM24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM24-to-partner and partner-to-RBM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBA1 grouped by RBM24-low versus RBM24-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
