Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM22P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM22P12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RBM22P12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM22P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
KICH, MESO, and PCPG are the cancer types where RBM22P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
