RBM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, SLU7, and THOC1. Each is linked with RBM22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM22-to-partner and partner-to-RBM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM22 versus GEMIN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
