Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p110-a, eEF2, and MEK1. Each is linked with RBM22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM22-to-partner and partner-to-RBM22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p110-a grouped by RBM22-low versus RBM22-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
