Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM20 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RBM20 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
ACC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RBM20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
