RBM20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,876 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD4, SORBS2, and UTRN. Each is linked with RBM20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM20-to-partner and partner-to-RBM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
