Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,447 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome-depend formation of circular RNA, Translational initiation, and Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RBM20 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM20-to-partner and partner-to-RBM20 results are reported.
