Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM19 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RBM19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where RBM19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
