Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, CCDC15, and MRPL49. Each is linked with RBM19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM19-to-partner and partner-to-RBM19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by RBM19-low versus RBM19-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
