Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,697 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), rRNA 5'-end processing, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with RBM19 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM19-to-partner and partner-to-RBM19 results are reported.
