RBM18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,626 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32B, C9orf78, and FUBP3. Each is linked with RBM18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM18-to-partner and partner-to-RBM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM18 versus ANP32B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
