Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM245, SETX, and RABGAP1. Each is linked with RBM18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM18-to-partner and partner-to-RBM18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM18 versus TMEM245 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
