RBM18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H2, MBD3L3, and RNU4-88P. Each is linked with RBM18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM18-to-partner and partner-to-RBM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H2 grouped by RBM18-low versus RBM18-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
