Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with RBM18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM18-to-partner and partner-to-RBM18 results are reported.
