Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Proteasome assembly. Each is linked with RBM18 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM18-to-partner and partner-to-RBM18 results are reported.
