The most reproducible RBM17P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular transport, Positive regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and Cardiocyte differentiation. Each is linked with RBM17P3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17P3-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17P3 results are reported.
