RBM17P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM17P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,160 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM17P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTNAP3P2, CNTNAP3B, and CNTNAP3. Each is linked with RBM17P2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17P2-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM17P2 versus CNTNAP3P2 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
