RBM17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,304 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, E2F1, and HPGDS. Each is linked with RBM17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM17 versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
