Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 38,631 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD11, PDS5A, and PNN. Each is linked with RBM17 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM17 versus PDCD11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
