RBM17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, JNK_pT183_Y185, and LKB1. Each is linked with RBM17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by RBM17-low versus RBM17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
