RBM17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,153 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with RBM17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by RBM17-low versus RBM17-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
