Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM15 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RBM15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where RBM15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
