Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, P-Cadherin, and ATM. Each is linked with RBM15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM15-to-partner and partner-to-RBM15 results are reported.
