Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,416 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with RBM15 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM15-to-partner and partner-to-RBM15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression grouped by RBM15-low versus RBM15-high in LUNG_SCLC.
