RBM15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2J2, IL9, and GLT6D1. Each is linked with RBM15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM15-to-partner and partner-to-RBM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2J2 grouped by RBM15-low versus RBM15-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
