Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RBM14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where RBM14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
