Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,362 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF324B, RBM15B, and DCP1A. Each is linked with RBM14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM14 versus ZNF324B in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
