Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,862 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, PHF5A, and POLR2E. Each is linked with RBM14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14 results are reported.
