Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RBM14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14 results are reported.
