Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, GALNTL5, and SMYD1. Each is linked with RBM14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14 results are reported.
