Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM12B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM12B-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F5, RBM12B-AS1, and ZNF7. Each is linked with RBM12B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM12B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
