Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,246 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG17, PCIF1, and PIGU. Each is linked with RBM12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM12-to-partner and partner-to-RBM12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM12 versus SNHG17 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
