The most reproducible RBM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, MIR551A, and BANF1P5. Each is linked with RBM12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM12-to-partner and partner-to-RBM12 results are reported.
