Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with RBM12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM12-to-partner and partner-to-RBM12 results are reported.
