RBM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23A, OR2A2, and SLC2A7. Each is linked with RBM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM12-to-partner and partner-to-RBM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23A grouped by RBM12-low versus RBM12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
