Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,924 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXM1, MCM8, and SPC25. Each is linked with RBL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBL1 versus FOXM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
