Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, TIGAR, and FoxM1. Each is linked with RBL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RBL1 results are reported.
