Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,690 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Positive regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with RBL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by RBL1-low versus RBL1-high in OVARY.
