Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBKS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,098 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD31, CFAP221, and GINS1. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.
