Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBKS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,494 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBKS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTER, HYI, and PNPO. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.
