Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR520C, WARS2P1, and DLAT. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR520C grouped by RBKS-low versus RBKS-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
