RBKS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,338 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BABAM2, MRPL33, and ZNF487. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBKS versus BABAM2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
