Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBIS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBIS data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RBIS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBIS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where RBIS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
