Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBFOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6806, RNA5SP358, and TOMM22P1. Each is linked with RBFOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6806 grouped by RBFOX2-low versus RBFOX2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
