Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBFOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,419 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFOX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RBFOX2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX2 results are reported.
