RBFADN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFADN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,176 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFADN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIZ, RPRD2, and POGZ. Each is linked with RBFADN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFADN-to-partner and partner-to-RBFADN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBFADN versus WIZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFADN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFADN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
