RBFA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC3P1, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP421. Each is linked with RBFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFA-to-partner and partner-to-RBFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3P1 grouped by RBFA-low versus RBFA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
