RBBP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,967 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, CDS2, and CRNKL1. Each is linked with RBBP9 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP9 versus HMGXB4 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
