Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,367 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, NSFL1C, and WDR5. Each is linked with RBBP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP9 versus XRN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
