Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS2, ATRN, and PTPRA. Each is linked with RBBP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP9 versus CDS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
