The most reproducible RBBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS2, ATRN, and PTPRA. Each is linked with RBBP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP9 results are reported.
